She walks in beauty

If I'm not mistaken I think this technique is called, morphing. And there is a software available in the market (am not sure if it is available locally though), so you don't have to kill anyone... yet. hehehe. :-D

Have a great weekend, Gibbs.

Is it just me, or do I see Meryl Streep in different disguises?? :)

Gypsy .. that was exactly my thought too ... daming meryl streep faces at the start. I dunno if its just because her beauty is truly classic.

Gbbs! I got mesmerized with the myriad faces of women. Hindi lang ako nakakita yata ng asian face, let alone yung more exotic (to us) african or carribean ones. Thanks. How did you access these amazing finds?

So, morphing pala ang tawag dyan (thanks to singguy).

P.S. Lammo mo bang ang hirap magcomment dito kung minsan. Not sure whether my comments go in so i keep trying and trying. :(

aba MITS, buhay ka ulit, yehey! :)

hi SNGLGUY, yep, i've heard of morphing and the software that does it. what i'm wondering is whether the sequence of faces was also done electronically. kasi the order/ transition from one to the other is fantastic; it would be interesting to find out how much was the input of the human creator and how much was done by the program. :)

hey GYPSY, wow, great minds think alike talaga?! haha, kasi meryl streep also came to mind the first time i saw this clip. i had visions of meryl's enigmatic, chameleonic face in sophie's choice, the french lieutenant's woman, ironweed, out of africa, silkwood, a cry in the dark, etc., and i thought it's high time somebody did something similar to her many cinematic faces, right? :)

hey JOSH, glad you liked it. :)

hi ANNA, ayan, tatlo na tayo nina gypsy, haha. well, wala nga talaga asian/african/carribean women dito kasi the title of this clip is 500 years of women in western art. meron din ako nakita dun na clip picasso women, ganda din! i think somebody should also do a version of filipino women in art: amorsolo, anita magsaysay-ho, bencab, etc. or maybe i should do it! now, kelangan ko na lang matuto gumawa ng video, haha. :) uh, re comments, that's kinda weird kasi i comment everywhere on blogger sites pero wala naman ako problems. hmmm, should i switch to haloscan na kaya? help, anyone who knows these things, is it advisable to get haloscan na for my comment form? :)

BENJ, sino na naman yang inaaway mo, haha. :)

It's a work of genius. Brava! Hehe.

You're seeing Meryl Streep? Parang si Ay Ay de las Alas nakita ko ah.

it reminds me of my kukote-turn-to-aga post here. all you need is a software that morphs pictures, and a little patience. :)

hi MARHGIL, thanks for the tip. i'll try to download a morphing software soon. i'd like to do something similar, but women in filipino art naman. :)
