Adapted by Jerry Respeto as “Romulus D’Grayt” from the English translation of Gerhard Nellhaus, and directed by Peta artistic director Maribel Legarda, the play tells the story of Romulus, the last emperor of Rome, who, instead of ruling an already crumbling empire, is seen raising chickens in his farm.
“Romulus D’Grayt” features an all-male cast that includes Dido dela Paz, Melvin Lee, Ian Segarra, Ku Aquino, Ronnie Bertubin, Buddy Caramat, Andrew Cruz, Vincent de Jesus, Jef Dee, Eric dela Cruz, Ariel Diccion, Nor Domingo, Jess Evardone, Ceejay Javier, Wally Labajo, Phil Noble, Rhoel Recheta, Paolo Rodriguez, Jethro Tenorio, Miguel Vasquez and Randy Villarama.
Lights design is by Naomi Shoko Matsumoto, production design by Leo Abaya and music by Dodjie Fernandez.
