The two free tickets are for the Saturday, Feb. 7, 8 p.m. show, at Onstage, Greenbelt 1. The usual small condition applies: Blog about the show afterwards in any way you like.
E-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org ticket, one blogger, first-come, first-served. I encourage--and will give preference to--those who have not had the chance to avail of freebies from this blog.
And if you can afford to pay for your own ticket, I can think of no more worthwhile pursuit to spend your money on than this play. It's on its last weekend this coming Friday to Sunday. Allow yourself to be entertained--enlarged--by this fine production, which has the privilege of jump-starting the theatrical year on a high note.
[UPDATE: Portrait free tickets all gone now.]
Meanwhile, Tanghalang Pilipino is also offering through this blog six free tickets to the gala night of its blockbuster musical Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah. That will be on Friday, February 6, 8 p.m., at the CCP Little Theater.
Again, to spread the opportunity around and allow more people to experience Filipino musical theater, the tickets will go to those who are availing themselves of such for the first time. The post-show blog requirement still attaches, but after the riot that is Zaturnnah, I don't think anyone would have any difficulty saying something about it, so that should be the least of your worries.
Go send me that e-mail now (with your contact details and blog URL, please). Enjoy the show!
