This intimate "Theater of Cruelty" production will be staged at Mogwai Cinematheque, Cubao Shoe Expo, Cubao, Quezon City, on Mar 4-6, and March 11-14, 7 p.m and 9 p.m.

PLUS: The search for a best actor/actress in a cameo bear role!

2. "Zanna, Dont!--A Musical Fairytale," Ateneo Blue Repertory closing presentation for its 18th season, is on its last weekend this March 5-6. Catch the remaining shows at the Rizal Mini-Theater, Ateneo De Manila University.

Zanna, Don't! takes place in a topsy-turvy world where homosexuality is the norm and the heteros must battle anti-straight prejudice. Set in Heartsville High, the plot revolves around Zanna, a teen fairy matchmaker, and the hell that breaks loose when a boy and a girl fall in love with each other. Providing a fresh perspective, it allows audiences to understand love and relationships from a different point of view.

Ateneo Blue Repertory is the country's premier college musical theater organization. "Zanna, Dont!" is under the direction of Carelle Mangaliag and RR Herrera, with musical direction by Felix Rivera and Pauline Gaerlan.

For tickets, call Cassie Manalastas 0917-8969797.
